Removeremos registros escolhidos mantendo estrutura. Verificaremos filtro e linhas mantidas.
DELETE FROM remove linhas que correspondem a WHERE, mantendo a tabela. Sem WHERE remove todas. Quantidade zero ainda é uma linha; DROP TABLE remove a tabela também.
