XP is one closed-loop credit across Logic Flow. You earn it from lessons, practice, review, and streaks, then use it for deeper hints, mentor messages, interview simulations, and career tools. A free-form mentor message costs 40 XP and the suggested starters are free. XP is account-bound, cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash, and every action shows its XP price before confirmation.

What happens if I run out of XP?

On Free, the balance refills up to 250 XP each month, and the first hint remains free. You can earn XP by learning, wait for the next refill, buy 3,000 XP for ₪39, or move to Pro, which refills up to 10,000 each month. Purchased XP never expires, and a periodic refill never removes a higher balance.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscription changes and cancellation are currently handled through the subscription details in Paddle emails or with help from support. In-app cancellation is not available yet. After cancellation, access remains active until the end of the period you already paid for.

What's the difference between Pro and Career?

Pro includes all currently available courses and paths with an allowance that refills up to 10,000 XP a month. Career adds a personal AI avatar interviewer with 10 live interview calls included each month, career prep tools as they become available, and completion certificates where available, on top of a total weekly allowance of up to 10,000 XP. Beyond the included calls, calls draw XP, and one-time top-ups are available on every paid plan. Preparation and simulations do not guarantee an interview or a job.

Pro unlocks all currently available courses and paths, raises the allowance to up to 10,000 XP a month, and adds focus and progress-analysis tools. No credit card is required to start on Free.

How does billing work?

Pro can be paid monthly or yearly at an approximate 20% discount. Payment is collected in advance in ILS through Paddle, and the final total and applicable taxes are shown before confirmation. Paddle issues the payment documents; subscriptions are managed through its emails or with help from support.

Can I learn and prepare for interviews in Hebrew?

Yes. The RTL interface, core lessons, coding exercises, and AI mentor are available in Hebrew. You can switch to English at any time to learn or practise professional terminology. The interface supports additional languages, while some learning materials in those languages may appear in English.
