Software Project Management
An exam-prep course in software project management, built on academic lectures and a hands-on JIRA workshop. The material is organized into three parts. The classic part covers the serial (waterfall) lifecycle, the iron triangle, the work breakdown structure (WBS), and risk and quality management. The agile part introduces the Agile Manifesto and the Scrum, XP, TDD, and Kanban methods, alongside success metrics. The hybrid part covers Scrumban and Kanban-XP and how to choose the right methodology. Every topic comes with multiple-choice questions and practice, and all terms appear in Hebrew alongside their English originals.
