DELETE: remove rows, not the table
Remove selected records while keeping structure. Preview the filter, then verify unselected rows remain after running.
DELETE FROM removes rows matching WHERE, retaining the table definition. Without WHERE it deletes all rows. Zero quantity is still an existing row; DROP TABLE removes the table too.
