ISA specialization: coverage and overlap
Represent different customer kinds without losing shared identity. Test two independent decisions: must a subtype exist, and may there be more than one?
Every subtype instance is also a general-type instance with the same identity. Coverage asks whether every general instance needs a subtype; overlap asks whether it may have more than one.
