A reproducible date report
A report rerun tomorrow should not silently change because of the computer clock. Use ISO dates and a fixed as-of date to calculate deadlines, elapsed days and explicit text labels.
Course dates are ISO text in SQLite. date shifts a date, strftime formats parts, and julianday enables day differences; UPPER formats our ASCII status labels.
